1. Shipping postage nationwide uniform 400 yen- 2000 yen (excluding tax).
  Free shipping on orders over ¥ 20,000 (tax excluded) per order.

However, for reserved items, we will only use credit cards.

Payment Period
1. In the case of payment by credit card : the card settlement date
  In the case of the reservation goods, are settled at the time of goods shipment.
2. If you are using cash on delivery
  at the time of deliver the goods, directly, please pay the price to the driver of the parcel delivery service.
Delivered time of goods
If you choose the credit card payment, after your order per item approval of credit card use was down, usually, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days depending on the weather conditions, road conditions, inventory situation and areas of residence.

DISPLAY ON RETURN CONDITIONS ETC.

In principle, returns or exchanges of goods are not responded. However, if it is a commodity purchased at this site, if the commodity is damaged / dirty, or only when the item / number which differs from the item / number ordered arrived, returned or exchanged will be accepted .
If return or exchange of goods is required based on the provison of the preceding paragraph, please return the item in the same state as it was received. For set items, we will only accept returns or exchanges with the shape of the set product as it is.
Please understand that we may not be able to prepare due to limited quantity even if we purchase limited items and wish to exchange for reasons based on the proviso of paragraph 1.
Returns or exchanges pursuant to the proviso of paragraph 1 of the preceding article are limited within ten (10) days after the item arrives (hereinafter referred to as the "return period"). Please confirm the state of goods promptly after arrival of goods. However, even within the above-mentioned return period, we are unable to respond to returned / exchanged at all for products that have been opened or used, and damaged or soiled due to customer's responsibility.
Please note that if the item is returned, contrary to the previous clause, we will return the item to the destination at your expense or discard it.
If return or exchange of goods is required based on the proviso of Article 1, paragraph 1, please be sure to inform the "inquiry window" and return it to the prescribed "return address".
