IF WOW ISN'T FOR YOU...
Please email us directly within 5 days of delivery. Skincare is supposed to be fun and happy:) We want everyone to have a good experience. We have yet to process a refund, but if you REALLY want one, feel free to email us:)

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with WOW CREAM, we will offer you a refund of your purchase price minus $45 dollars to cover shipping and processing. This amount will be donated to our charity programs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused minus a bit, we get that you obviously tried using it and you must have the original product box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
